Points per valid test
Every genuine, completed test earns points. Rushed, copy-pasted, or spammy answers earn nothing — only real feedback counts.

Points reset every week, so there's always a fresh shot at the top of the board, not just whoever showed up first.
Weekly prizes — planned
We plan to offer prizes of up to $50. Vloop will review and approve each winner and amount before payment. Cash prizes are not active yet; eligibility and prize rules will be published before they start.
What developers actually see
Themes, not transcripts
AI summaries will group written feedback into themes after the AI service is connected. Ratings and written responses are already available; summary percentages will be calculated from the responses included.
More useful feedback
Basic checks flag incomplete or repetitive answers before they count toward a testing round. These checks help reduce spam, but cannot guarantee that every response is genuine.

Who runs Vloop
Vloop is operated by TOPOTRADE L.L.C-FZ, a limited liability company registered in Meydan Free Zone, Dubai, United Arab Emirates. For customer support, contact vloopsupport@gmail.com.
Using Vloop
Use an account you control and submit only projects and content you have permission to share. Keep your password private. Do not post harmful links, impersonate people, submit automated feedback or create accounts to manipulate points.
Projects and feedback
You keep ownership of your content and allow Vloop to store and display it to provide the service. Feedback is shared with the relevant project owner and may be processed for quality checks or optional summaries. Project links lead to websites and apps run by other people; only open links you trust.
Testing rounds
A confirmed purchase provides the number of valid feedback places shown at checkout. It does not guarantee a positive review or a completion date. Listing a project and participating as a tester do not require a purchase. Test mode does not collect real money.
Points and prizes
Points have no cash value. Cash prizes are not active in this preview. Any future competition needs published eligibility, funding and payout rules before it opens.
Payments and account help
Real purchases are not open in this private preview. For questions about an order or account, email support. Do not send passwords or full payment card details.

Refund requests
Contact vloopsupport@gmail.com from the email used for your purchase and include the order reference and reason for your request. We review each request individually, including unused testing places, feedback already delivered and any problems with the service. A request does not guarantee a refund. Any approved refund is processed through Stripe to the original payment method; bank processing times vary. Nothing in this policy limits your rights under applicable consumer law. Real purchases are not open yet.

Who handles your information
TOPOTRADE L.L.C-FZ operates Vloop. Contact vloopsupport@gmail.com to ask about your information or request access, correction or deletion. We may need to verify that a request relates to your account.
Information we store
Vloop stores your email, display name, a password hash, projects, feedback, points, purchase references and the times you begin and submit tests. A necessary sign-in cookie keeps your account signed in. We also keep limited request counters to prevent abuse.
How it is used
This information runs your account, testing rounds, creator reports and leaderboard. Project listings and leaderboard names are visible to other visitors. Written feedback is available to its project owner.
Service providers
Render is the planned hosting provider. When connected, Resend processes your email address and the contents of account-confirmation and password-reset emails to deliver them. These providers may process information outside the UAE. Email delivery and production hosting are not active in this private preview. If AI features are enabled, Anthropic receives feedback and relevant project details for quality checks and optional theme summaries. Stripe handles checkout when connected; Vloop stores payment references and status, not full card numbers. Google Fonts receives font requests from your browser.
Deleting your account
You can delete your account from your profile after resolving active rounds. This removes your email and display name from the active account, signs you out, clears leaderboard points and hides your projects. Feedback and purchase records remain associated with an internal reference. Your written feedback may itself contain personal information; contact the operator for help with its removal. We keep account information while your account is active. On account deletion, direct account identifiers are removed from the active account as described above. The planned production backup retention period is 30 days; backup cleanup must be enabled and verified before public launch. Payment records are retained for applicable legal and accounting requirements; the exact period will be confirmed before paid orders open. Written feedback retained after account deletion can be reviewed for personal-information removal by contacting support.
